Arnold Bloch Leibler (ABL) acted as legal due diligence advisor to Slater and Gordon (SGH) in relation to the Entitlement Offer that was used to raise capital from SGH shareholders to finance the acquisition in the United Kingdom of the Professional Services Division from Quindell plc. The statement of claim filed alleges that ABL acted negligently in providing advice to SGH and failed to ensure that the documents published by SGH in relation to the Entitlement Offer were not misleading or deceptive.
