Third Party Shareholder Claim Administration Services - Client Reporting

ICP will, after initially reporting to its clients by reference to the Primary and Secondary Claim Criteria as part of the Advice service, continue to report to its clients providing updates as to progress in respect of the claims:

  • as and when material developments occur; and in any event
  • every three months.

Reporting may be tailored to each client’s need and will provide reporting on each claim and on all claims made by each client. In this way, clients are able to keep track of each claim and their portfolio.
