Third Party Shareholder Claim Administration Services - Claim Proceed Receipts
Prior to, during and after the settlement of each class action, ICP will communicate with the Lawyers to ensure that its clients’ claims are able to be managed by the Lawyers in a manner which ensures ICP client distributions are maximised.
ICP will not receive any funds on behalf of its clients but rather instruct the Lawyers to account to its clients directly, net of ICP’s fee.
